was founded in 1979 by John Grantham and Will Mann. Will moved on to a career in
professional golf and rose to the top of his profession as the President of the PGA
of America. John Grantham successfully maintained his focus in Executive Search and
built a very successful business as Grantham & Co., Inc.

In 1999, John Grantham was joined by Charlie Griffin and John Buck to form Grantham
Griffin & Buck, Inc. They led the Executive Search process into the new
millennium. Charlie Griffin retired in 2005. John Buck is now the President of
GGB, Inc.'s Integrity Careers concentrating on contingency searches.
